Choose the right request

Use “Drive my own car” or “Drive a hired car” when you are travelling in the vehicle. Use collection or delivery when you want the car moved. For a hired vehicle, first confirm that the rental provider allows the chosen driver.

Plan the time and pickup

Choose your pickup county and a clear meeting point, destination and start time in Kenya time. Request in advance where possible. Night service depends on drivers who opt in to work between 10 PM and 6 AM; submitting a request does not guarantee a match.

Review responses and cost

Choose hourly or daily service, compare the accepting driver profiles and rates, and confirm waiting time or extra stops before paying. The form supports a 50% deposit or full payment after driver selection. Keep enough time to review responses before you need to leave.

Keep your start code private

Meet the driver and check the profile before sharing the code. A deposit booking prompts the balance at the start. Confirm completion after the journey and leave an honest paid-trip review when eligible. Contact customer care about a mismatch, dispute or change of plan.
